• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project specifications
• Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work commences
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges

Payment Terms

• Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure booking and purchase materials

Project Timeline

Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work:

• All work is guaranteed for a specified period as outlined in your contract
• We will rectify any defects arising from faulty workmanship at no additional cost
• The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or third-party interference
• Material warranties are as provided by the manufacturer

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing access to the work area during agreed times
• Obtaining necessary permissions or permits where required
• Ensuring utilities and underground services are marked
• Removing vehicles and obstacles from the work area
• Securing pets during work hours

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Cancellation terms will be specified in your individual contract.

Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for consequential losses or damages beyond our reasonable control.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve matters amicably. These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
